It is with heavy hearts that we announce that at the end of September 2024 we will be closing Elevate Foundation. Despite the huge success of our Programme and delivery, as a small charity with a dedicated but small team, we have been facing significant personal and capacity challenges. This along with the everyday pressure of continuingly raising enough funds for our ever-growing Services, it has become impossible to continue our operations without completely burning out the team.

Julie and Emily set up the charity back in 2020 with the mission to give young people the tools, skills and confidence through a variety of activities, courses and counselling to build their resilience and overall mental wellbeing. With the expectation to reach a couple of hundred people, we are so incredibly proud that, through immense dedication and hard work, we have directly helped over 1,000 young people and their families.

Our team have poured their hearts into providing the best variety of activities and bespoke courses and have utilised and created some incredible partnerships with the amazing facilitators that we have across the community.  Our incredible fundraisers, in addition to our partnership with Relate Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch, has increased our reach even further and helped us strive to deliver our vision: for every young mind to have the skills & confidence to conquer life’s challenges.

The impact we’ve made together is a testament to the passion and commitment of everyone involved.

We want to assure you that we will honour all planned services until the end of Q3, concluding in September. During this time, we will ensure that the remainder of our funds will be used to support our young community through activities, courses, and counselling services.
